Siemens Chief Urges Employees to Consult Ombuds

In a New Year's letter, Siemens CEO Klaus Kleinfeld urged his 475,000 employees to adhere to their sense of responsibility. "No one can tolerate behavior that fails to conform to our internal business conduct guidelines," he told staff. He said staffers in doubt can consult with the independent ombudsman.
