IOA Radio to Interview Shell Oil Ombuds

The second episode of the International Ombudsman Association’s teleconference-based “talk show,” will feature Sean Banks, Director of Ombuds Services and Corporate Ombuds for the Shell Oil Company.
The episode, "Telling the Emperor He Has No Clothes: From Philosophy to Practice," will take place on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 12:00pm Eastern. The show, which is available only for IOA members, will be recorded for future access. (IOA News.)
