The federal research facility in California that focuses on science and technology applications for national security is hiring an Employee Relations Program Leader. The position will "provide confidential, neutral and informal problem solving/conflict resolution and individual coaching services across disciplines in a variety of settings" in conjunction with the Laboratory’s Ombuds Program.
