Job Posting: Inter-American Development Bank

The international NGO that provides development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean from its headquarters in Washington, DC is seeking an Associate Ombudsperson for a 19 month contract. The position will independently perform case work arising from IADB visitor consultations, and assist with projects, research, and other activities.  The position will independently perform visitor case work, execute projects, conduct research, and provide technical support as needed on various activities. 

Applicants must have a master’s degree or equivalent with background in social sciences, alternative dispute resolution, workplace conflict resolution, communications, or labor law, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. No salary or application deadline indicated.
