Ombuds Blog Poll: What was the Top Story of 2016?

At the end of December, I posted my list of the ten most important news items about Organizational Ombuds last year.  I'd like to know what you thought. Please participate in the poll located in the right panel of the blog.  You may mark as many stories as you thought belonged on the list and add comments if there were any I missed entirely.  I'll post results after the poll closes.

To recap, these were my top ten:
10. Internal Survey Promotes Expansion of UN Ombuds
9. ACCUO's Timeline Maps Ombuds History
8. IOA Co-hosts Conference in Puerto Rico
7. ABA Promotes Ombuds with Two Remarkable Projects
6. Court Rulings Nibble at Core Tenets
5. Experts Call for Sports Ombuds
4. Coalition of Federal Ombuds Wields its Influence
3. IOA Rebuts Department of Education on Clery Act
2. ACUS Recommends Expansion of Ombuds in Federal Agencies
1. IOA Overhauls Membership Categories
