The multinational energy company is hiring a Principal Ombuds Manager, to be based at its headquarters in San Ramon, California. The position has been held by Jackie Osborne since 2013. Chevron's Principal Ombuds Manager oversees a geographically dispersed team of Ombuds Managers, in addition to the processes and procedures for fulfilling the mandate of the company's Global Office of Ombuds. Some travel is required.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, at least five years Ombuds or conflict resolution experience, and leadership experience. A master’s degree or equivalent, and Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioner certification are preferred. No salary indicated; applications are due by January 23, 2019.  (Chevron Posting.)
