The Office of the Ombuds for the Eaton Corporation reported that it received over 1,500 inquiries in 2007. Director Ilene Butensky said that 92.5% of visitors developed a plan of action with assistance from her office. The annual report also introduced Gennette Trípari as the Latin American and Caribbean Field Ombuds, who joins Associate Ombuds Crystal Bahr, and Field Ombuds John Simonetti and Evan Arrowsmith.
