Full Agenda for Southern California Ombuds Meeting

Andrew Larratt-Smith promises a full agenda when the Southern California Ombuds meet at UC Riverside on May 9. Keynote remarks will be given by Prof. Collie Conoley on: "Creating Productive Interactions using Positive Empathy."
