The German multinational software corporation appointed Carsten Pöschl as its Global Corporate Ombudsperson in January 2020. He succeeded Margret Ammann, who retired last year. In his role, Pöschl ensures that SAP’s employees receive fair and equitable treatment by providing multi-partial, independent and confidential conflict clarification and resolution services.
Poschl has worked for SAP since 1997, most recently as an HR Business Partner. He studied at Stockholm School of Economics and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and earned a Master's at Darmstadt University of Technology. In addition, Poschl is a certified executive coach, mindfulness trainer, and business mediator. (LinkedIn.)
