Cleveland Metropolitan School District has its First Ombuds
Tammy Toney has been selected the Ombudsperson Manager for the public school system in Ohio. In this new position, she "manages the Office of the Ombudsperson and serves as an objective and neutral party tasked with listening and investigating complaints within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District." According to a new website for the office, Toney works with Carmen Colon, Bilingual Ombudsman Office Specialist, and Tommiesha Winston, Welcome Center Assistant.
