The public university in Lüneburg, Germany has selected two new Ombuds: Eckhard C. Bollow as the Ombudsperson for Professors; and Lea Boecker as the Ombudsperson for Academic Employees. They join Thies Reinck, the Ombudsperson for Students and Lecturers. Together, the three Ombuds provide an initial point of contact for university members with concerns about a violation of Leuphana's Code of Ethics.
Bollow is a Professor of Software Engineering and IT-Project Management. Boecker is an assistant professor at the Chair of Economic, Social Psychology and Experimental Methods. She graduated from the University of Würzburg and earned a PhD from the Social Cognition Center Cologne. Reinck has been the Ombuds at Leuphana for over a decade. He graduated from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and earned an MA at Leuphana University. (Leuphana Ombuds.)
