The public research university in Norman has re-opened its search for an Ombudsperson "to get more candidates." The full-time position serves OU faculty and has been vacant since the untimely passing of Gloria Miller-White in 2018. The University Ombudsperson reports to the Vice President for Executive Affairs and practices to IOA standards. The requirements for the position have not changed.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education/job related experience, and three to four years of experience as an Ombuds or related ADR work.
