Marguerite M. Dorn has been appointed the first Faculty Ombuds for the private Catholic university in Rhode Island. In this new, full-time position, Dorn will set up a program to serve over 350 faculty members adhering to IOA standards.
Dorn is an attorney, mediator, instructor, and human rights advocate with four decades of experience. This is her first Ombuds position. For the past four years, she has been a self-employed mediator and Adjunct Professor of Law at Boston University. Dorn earned her BS and JD from Boston College School of Law. (LinkedIn.)
