UC Merced Selects Assistant Ombuds

The newest University of California campus has hired Chanelle Reese as its Assistant Ombudsperson. She joins Campus Ombuds Callale Concon and will provide services to students, staff, and faculty. Reese previously served as the Senior Associate for the Office of the Corporate Ombudsman with the American Red Cross.

Before the Red Cross, Reese was the Dispute Resolution & ADR Coordinator at the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland. She graduated from Old Dominion University and an MS in Negotiation and Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore. (UC Merced Ombuds; LinkedIn.)
