The European Network of Ombuds in Higher Education has published its 13th occasional paper, which summarizes a webinar on June 10, 2020. Ombuds from four different countries–Mexico, Spain, Germany and Poland–shared their experiences from their institutions during the COVID-time and discussed on how the current situation affects their roles and work directly or indirectly.
