ENOHE Occasional Paper: “Comparing Concerns: COVID-19 Webinar”
The European Network of Ombuds in Higher Education has published its 13th occasional paper, which summarizes a webinar on June 10, 2020. Ombuds from four different countries–Mexico, Spain, Germany and Poland–shared their experiences from their institutions during the COVID-time and discussed on how the current situation affects their roles and work directly or indirectly.
The speakers were: Guadalupe Barrena, Defensoría de los Derechos Universitarios, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México; Emilio Olias Ruiz, Defensor Universitario, University Carlos III de Madrid; Wolf Hertlein, Beschwerde- und Verbesserungsmanager der Technischen Universität Darmstadt; and Anna Cybulko, Ombudsman, University of Warsaw.
