The LCPS will report to the Chief of Staff. The district considered an Ombuds about 14 years ago and it is not clear what lead to the renewed interest.
Applicants must have a related Bachelor's degree and six years of Ombuds or professional mediation conflict resolution experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). The position pays $112,931-$177,538 per year. (LCPS Posting.)
