Loudoun VA Public Schools to Consider Ombuds
The Loudoun County Public School Board is considering concerns raised by some parents that complaints made about teachers or school incidents too frequently result in no action or in retaliatory actions against the students or parents raising concerns. Two board members support the appointment of a school system Ombuds, noting that it is important to address even the public perception that parental complaints are not handled properly.
