The Jet Propulsion Laboratory, a federally funded research and development center for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, seeks an Ombuds to be based in Pasadena, California. JPL last had an Ombuds in 2011, when the Lab decided not to refill a position vacated by the retirement of the inaugural Ombuds, Lewis Redding. The position will serve all JPL employees following IOA standards and report to the Deputy Director.
Applicants must have a Master's degree with a minimum of seven years of experience in a related field and previous experience as an Ombuds. CO-OP status is preferred. The position is expected to pay $134,264 to $167,232 per year. No application deadline indicated. (JPL Jobs.)
