The international financial aid organization based in Washington, DC, is hiring its next Ombudsperson. The search will fill a position held by Thomas Zgambo for the past seven years. The job is planned to start in the Fall of 2023 for an initial three-year period. The appointment may be extended for a second six-year term, for a total maximum of nine years.
Applicants must have an advanced degree with at least 15 years of relevant work experience with supervisory/managerial experience (or an equivalent combination), including substantial professional experience in negotiation and conflict resolution, mediation and conciliation, some at the international level in relevant fields.
