The public research university in Albuquerque is hiring an Associate Ombuds. The full-time position will join an office that provides services to UNM staff, faculty supervising staff and their co-workers, and graduate students. The office currently includes Ombuds, JoEllen Ransom; Senior Associate Ombuds, Anne Lightsey; and Associate Ombuds, Heidi Ricci.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), mediation training, and 100 hours of mediation experience. An advanced degree is preferred. The position pays $58,510 to $71,000 per year. The priority application deadline is November 7, 2025. (UNM Posting.)
