University of New Mexico Selects Associate Ombuds

Last November, Heidi Ricci was hired as an Associate Ombuds with the UNM Ombuds Office. She joined Ombuds, JoEllen Ransom, CO-OP; Senior Associate Ombuds, Anne Lightsey, CO-OP; and Graduate Assistant Ombuds, Aasma Batool. Ricci adds Ombuds duties to her on-going work as a University Lecturer in the Communication & Journalism Department.

Ricci has been a mediator for the past two decades and is co-author of Mediation: Empowerment in Conflict Management, 3d Edition. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island and earned a Master's at the University of New Mexico. (UNM Ombuds; LinkedIn.)
