The previous posting required five years of full-time Ombuds experience; the new posting requires three years of full-time Ombuds experience or demonstrably equivalent experience in areas including law, conflict management, negotiation and dispute resolution, mediation, or labor relations. The position continues to require a JD from an accredited law school. Applicants must also be willing to become an OCP (formerly CO-OP) as soon as eligible. Higher education experience and mediation or ADR training are preferred. The position pays $108,000 to $129,200, and applications are due October 19, 2026. (CU Boulder Posting.)
