The private Ivy League research university in Philadelphia is seeking a Deputy Ombuds. The full-time position directs the Office of the Ombuds and collaborates with the University Ombuds, a part-time role held by a faculty member. The Deputy Ombuds serves faculty, staff, and students following IOA standards. The search will fill a position held by Marcia Martínez-Helfman, who is retiring this summer after more than a decade in the role.

Applicants must have a Master's degree and seven to ten years of directly related experience. Conflict resolution experience and experience working in a higher education setting are preferred.
