The University of California Santa Cruz has opened a search for an Associate Ombuds. The full-time position will report to the new Campus Ombuds, Deidre "De" Acker, and help rebuild a program that serves faculty, staff, and students. The position will serve as the initial point of contact for most visitors.
The position is intended for a "seasoned, experienced Ombuds professional with a full understanding of industry practices and campus policies and procedures." Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree. The salary range for the position is $82,300 to $96,200 per year and applications should be submitted by March 23, 2023. (UCSC Careers.)
