The DOI Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution in Washington, DC is seeking a candidate to become the Department’s Senior Coordinator for integrated system for managing conflict and resolving disputes in the workplace known as CORE PLUS.
The position will manage the roster of inhouse neutrals who provide conflict management and/or alternative dispute resolution services (including convening, situation or conflict assessment, training, team-building, coaching, mediation, facilitation, early neutral evaluation, office/team interventions, change management, ombuds or organizational development assistance, etc.); promote a culture of conflict management and collaboration competence in other offices and bureaus; and collaborate with the Directors of Human Resources and Civil Rights, Office of the Solicitor and the Bureau Dispute Resolution Specialists to lead the comprehensive implementation of the CORE PLUS system throughout DOI.
Applicants for the GS-13/14 position must have experience a a program manager or senior level third party neutral for an ADR program or conflict management system.
