The U.S. Department of Energy National Laboratory in Richland, Washington is hiring an Employee Concerns Program Manager. The hourly, part-time, on-call position responds to employe concerns by prompt identification, reporting, and resolution of issues; independent and objective evaluation; supplementing existing processes for reporting concerns; and providing alternative dispute techniques.  

In addition, the position will manage, "a change agenda to result in a program that increasingly meets the International Ombudsman Association standards and practices." Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience.  IOA, mediation, or conflict-management training or certification, and DOE or national lab experience are highly desired.
