NFCC has named Sharon Brave Heart as its Student Ombudsman, replacing David Paulk. Brave Heart has taught a variety of accounting and business classes at the public community college in Madison, Florida.
She graduated from Valdosta State University with a bachelors in accounting and finance, and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix. The NFCC Student Ombuds provides confidential, informal, and neutral assistance and dispute resolution for students who encounter difficulty on campus with faculty, staff, fellow students, services, programs, and administration.
