The oilfield services company has opened a search to fill two new positions to be based in Houston: o3 Principal/Ombuds and o3 Connection Specialist. Both will serve Baker Hughes employees throughout the U.S., Canada, and Trinidad/Tobago. 

The o3 Principal/Ombuds will oversee all aspects of the new Ombuds office and serve as the chief designated independent, neutral, confidential and informal conflict management practitioner for the company. Applicants must have a bachelors Degree or equivalent (masters degree in conflict management, ADR or related field preferred); 20+ years professional experience; 10+ years of combined education and experience in conflict management field; 7+ years as an ombuds; and IOA training. Applicants must have a bachelors degree or equivalent (masters degree a plus); 15+ years professional experience managing information and database development, writing and editing reports/materials, systems analyses, developing customized interventions and evaluations; 10+ years of combined education and experience in conflict management or related field (organizational learning and development, law, psychology) preferred.
