The agenda covered:
- Best practices and particular protocols and strategies which offices undertake to protect confidentiality as well as protect the office from potential legal efforts at gaining access to Ombuds communications
- Measuring results
- How cases are tracked and reported
- Conveying results to leadership
- Service evaluation
- Issues in other institutions (i.e. at my institution we have a lot of harassment and performance issues)
- Working with groups
- How Ombuds handle administering an evaluation in a confidential manner
