Mars Inc. Hires Ombuds in Arizona

The global foods conglomerate has added Ish Baki to the Mars Ombudsman Program. Baki has worked for Mars since 2005, most recently as a Team Leader in pet specialty products. He joins a seven-person Ombuds office, which includes Isabel Calderon, Willem Kweens, CO-OP, GuangYi Li, CO-OP, Lorraine Medal, CO-OP, Nikolai Pankratiev, CO-OP, and Sam Zhou.

Organizational Ombuds

Organizational Ombuds serve as a confidential, independent, neutral and informal dispute resolution resource for a specific entity. They are accessible to a defined population and can advocate for fairness. These unique characteristics distinguish Organizational Ombuds from Classical Ombuds, mediators, arbitrators, and other alternative dispute resolution professionals.
