Applicants must have a relevant Bachelor's degree and two years of experience (or the equivalent). Preferred qualifications include: Ombuds experience and education/certification; Spanish fluency; mediation certification; Crucial Conversations trainer certification or similar; group facilitation experience; and experience working with students and/or in a public institution.
