Meet the Ombuds for Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank

Louisa Tsang was named the Senior Ombuds Services Officer for the multilateral development bank in November 2021. The news comes from the University of Hong Kong, which is hosting a seminar on "Infrastructure, Wellbeing and Conflict Prevention" featuring Tseng as a speaker.

There is little public biographical information about Tseng (or the AIIB Ombuds program), but the seminar bio states:
Louisa Tsang joined the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), the world’s second-largest multilateral development institution, in November 2021 to establish the Organizational Ombudsperson program. In her role within AIIB’s Office of the Ombudsperson, she offers independent, impartial, informal and confidential assistance in resolving conflicts and workplace issues, addresses career development concerns, and handles allegations of harassment and discrimination. Additionally, she monitors trends and emerging issues within the AIIB and advises senior management on strategies to enhance the workplace environment.
Tsang also is active with IOA's Asia Pacific Regional Advancement Community. (HKU Events; IOA AP-RAC.)
