The international financial aid organization has reopened its search for a third Ombuds. The appointment will add a third position to the Office of Ombuds Services to work closely with two other Ombuds, Thomas Zgambo and Constance A. Bernard, for a five-year term.
The new position will begin with a year at WBG’s headquarters in Washington, D.C., and then move to Bangkok. In addition, the Ombuds will travel internationally at least two months per year. Applicants must have at least 10 years experience, at least five years in workplace conflict resolution as an Ombuds is highly desirable. Fluency in French is also as asset. Applications must be submitted by March 16. No salary indicated. (WGB Jobs.)
