The American multinational beverage corporation is hiring a full-time Ombudsman. The position provides a wide range of professional support to the office, including working with associates to develop options for resolving problems, identifying organizational systemic issues that are causing conflict, and participating in mediation sessions in California and Canada.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and three to five years experiece as an Organizational Ombuds. In addition, applicants should ahve four years of experience working within a business organization with 2,000 or more associates, professional training or experience in the area of alternative dispute resolutio, and experience handling classified or sensitive information.
