Pierre Niedlispacher, the Ombudsman for Coca-Cola Refreshments in Canada since 2003, announced his retirement at the end of April. Niedlispacher has been a member of the International Ombudsman Association Board of Directors for the past three years and was co-chair of the Montréal Conference in 2009. He has been an active member of the Forum of Canadian Ombudsmans and also served on the Board of Certification for Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioners.
