The Interior's Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution is hiring an Organizational Ombudsman in Arlington, VA. The position reports to the Director of the CADR office and supports the full range of conflict management and dispute resolution services for the Department. The two-year position is open to any applicants, regardless of Federal status.

Applicants must have experience providing conflict management and resolution services including mediation, group facilitation and training; working with Native Americans; and contributing to the design and operation of an integrated conflict management system. They are accessible to a defined population and can advocate for fairness.
