The next meeting of the International Institute
for Conflict Prevention and Resolution will include a panel session on Ombuds. The conference is set for February 19-21 at The Lodge at Torrey Pines.
The employment session on February 19, will feature several Ombuds. Here's the description:
The role of the organizational ombudsman is an important model of best practices in sustainable dispute resolution. This panel will address the evolution of that role and various approaches to its successful implementation.
