Kim Killu has been named the next Faculty Ombudsperson for the UM regional campus in Dearborn. Killu is a professor of Special Education and takes on the Ombuds role as a volunteer. Her appointment will run through the Summer of 2020.
In addition to her teaching a research, Killu has many years of service as a member of relevant UM-D committee. Killu graduated from Michigan State University, and earned a MS in Clinical Behavioral Psychology from Eastern Michigan University and PhD in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University. She succeeds Ron Stockton, who established the Ombuds program in 1998. (UM-Dearborn News.)
