Cambridge Innovation Center Debuts Ombuds Program

The
American real estate services company which bills itself as a "community of entrepreneurs," has created an Ombuds program. CIC was founded by Tim Rowe, the son of Mary Rowe, MIT's first Ombuds. MWI, the dispute resolution service and training firm in Boston, was selected to create the program, which will serve employees working across the U.S. and in Rotterdam, Tokyo, and Warsaw. 

CIC's Ombuds Team currently includes:
  • Jai Calloway, former Ombuds for Halliburton Oil Services, CVS, and Iowa State University;
  • Megan Winkeler, Director of Analytics & Training at MWI and former Ombuds for CVS;
  • Chuck Doran, founder of MWI and former Ombuds for Iowa State University and CVS;
  • Willem Kweens, CO-OP, former Ombuds for Mars Inc.;
  • Keiko Suzuki, consultant and instructor in Tokyo and New York; and
  • Anna Cybulko, Ombuds for University of Warsaw.
