You bet I will! I have great respect for Chuck and am very grateful for everything he has done to support and enhance the organizational ombudsman profession over the years. I noticed that there is a discount for ABA members. Do you know if IOA members might be able to get a similar discount? Regardless, I plan to purchase the book. Vicky Brown

ReplyDeleteLove the idea of the Friday Poll. Although I am not currently in an Ombuds role, I am very connected to the profession. As I am continually looking for ways to promote the development of an organizational ombuds within my school district, a book like Chuck's may prove to be a great aid!
