Charles L. Howard will discuss his new book, The Organizational Ombudsman, at the next meeting of the East Coast Ombuds Group (ECOG) on Monday, March 22, 2010, 10 am to 3 pm. The meeting will be held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and will be hosted by Lydia Cummings and Melissa Brodrick. A fee of $35 includes refreshments.
