In addition to individual consultations, the office also conducted 24 group facilitation appointments involving 40 individuals. The report also noted:
Utilization of the Staff Ombuds Office varies greatly by age and may be attributable to generational differences. As a result, the Staff Ombuds Office is reworking its data collection methods to comport with generational categories, including the Silent Generation (1922-1945) Baby Boomer Generation (1946-1964), Generation X (1965-1980), and the Millennial Generation (1981-2000).The Berkeley Staff Ombuds Office also includes: Bridget Regan, Associate Ombudsperson, and Michele Bernal, Assistant Ombudsperson.
