Former Ombuds Tells Why Mars is a 'Great Place to Work'

Victoria Mars, who served as the company's Organizational Ombuds, was recently appointed Chairman of the Board. This year, Mars was recognized as a Great Place to Work and among the reasons associates listed was the Ombudsman Program.

In her keynote at the Great Place to Work forum, Mars spoke about how through her various work experiences she learned that she was passionate about people and from that came her position as the first ombudsman at Mars.
