Emma Phan (née Williams) has moved from the Office of the Ombud at the University of Washington to Seattle's new Office of the Employee Ombud. She joins Director Amarah Y. Khan, and will serve as the lead facilitator and operations manager, ensuring the operational efficiency of the office.
Phan was the Associate Ombud at the UW for over six years. She graduated from Western Washington University and earned a Master's of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. She has been an active volunteer with Cal Caucus and served as a co-convenor in 2018. (LinkedIn.)
