The non-governmental organization that regulates member brokerage firms and exchange markets in the U.S., is hiring an Associate Director, Ombudsman. (This is an External Ombuds job that shares many characteristics with an Organizational Ombuds.) The full-time position reports to the FINRA Ombudsman, Sarah Gill, and can be based in one of 16 U.S. cities. In addition to managing conflicts and complaints, the position works with senior management and represents the office at industry events.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, seven to ten years of experience, and strong knowledge of the securities industry. Spanish fluency is preferred.
