hiring an Ombudsman Specialist for its Office of the Ombudsman in
Arlington, VA. Located in the Office of Civil Rights and Liberties,
Ombudsman and Traveler Engagement Office, the position serves internal and external customers by using ADR principles and techniques to resolve a wide range of
difficult issues, and develop recommendations for the agency.

must have at least one year of relevant experience, including conflict
management or ADR work, or a PhD-level degree. The SV-H Pay Band (equivalent to GS-11)
