A panel discussion about conflict resolution at NASA's center for human spaceflight featured Ombudsman Donna Blackshear-Reynolds. She provided an overview of her work and offered some conflict resolution tips. The NASA JSC Ombuds program serves about 3,200 employees and 11,000 contractors. Blackshear-Reynolds has been the Ombuds since 2010 and she also  is the Manager of Space Life Sciences Resources Management. (Glenn C. Lutz serves as the other, collateral-duty Ombuds.)
