Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard Names First Ombuds

Richard Cohen has been appointed the first Ombuds for the Eli and Edythe L. Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, an independent biomedical and genomic research center in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Broad Institute has about 5,000 employees and Cohen takes on the role as an external consultant as the principal of Great Pond Resolutions.

Cohen founded Great Pond Resolutions as a workplace consultancy in 2013. He also provides school mediation and conflict management services as the executive director of School Mediation Associates. (LinkedIn.)
