In addition to his latest stint at DOE, he has been an Ombuds at the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and National Park Service. He is past president of the Coalition of Federal Ombuds. Deyo graduated from James Madison University and earned an MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University.
